What Is It?

The asset inventory is a comprehensive database that details all workforce services available in Racine County, detailed by organization and service type, special populations served, and a detailing of the supportive and training services available.

What Was Involved?

For the inventory, CAEL conducted in-depth desktop research to find available workforce services programs currently available and facilitated focus groups with workforce service providers to understand what’s happening on the ground level.

Why Did We Do It?

To better understand the larger workforce services landscape, connect the dots, and understand where investments are going to be the most impactful.

How Can It Be Used?

This inventory will allow regional partners to identify areas where consensus building warrants some additional effort. It can also help to create the space where discussions around collaboration and alignment can occur with greater impact.
