Our strategic plan focuses on transforming systems across education, employment, and community leadership to ensure that every resident has the opportunity to achieve upward economic mobility. Through targeted initiatives in early literacy, post-secondary access and completion, equitable employment, and community leadership, we are driving change that aligns with our vision of a stronger, more equitable Racine County.
