In September 2017, Higher Expectations released its 2016-17 Annual Report: Inspiring Action, Making an Impact. The report provides a detailed look at the work Higher Expectations does from career to cradle in Racine County, and an update on our community's data from this past year.





Higher Expectations and Racine Area Manufacturers and Commerce (RAMAC) teamed up with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD) to study the current labor skills gaps in Racine County. 

The  2016 Racine Labor Market Analysis provides an in-depth look at the labor force in Racine, including; unemployment, hard-to-fill positions, retirement concerns, internships and work-based learning opportunities, and other labor market factors that influence Racine County employment.

In September 2016, Higher Expectations released its  2015-2016 Annual Report:  Measuring Progress, Moving Forward.   The report provides a detailed look at Higher Expectations' work to build a "fully capable and employed Racine County Workforce," an in-depth analysis of key community factors, and planned progress for the initiative.  To dig deeper into the data from the report, visit the interactive  Higher Expectations Career to Cradle Data Dashboards.   






In March 2015, Higher Expectations released its  Spring 2015 Baseline Report , which captures current conditions in the community and provides a roadmap for Higher Expectations' work in the coming year. The report was released in conjunction with the United Way of Racine County's  2014 Community Indicators Report .
