The Bloomberg Philanthropies' What Works Cities initiative is a great opportunity to use Racine's collaborative efforts to enhance economic mobility for Racine residents. Higher Expectations will be using our data capacity to help strengthen Racine's 5.09 HSED program and increase the number of residents with high school equivalency diplomas.
